It was a perfect condominium for my wife & I to stay in this area located near Fort Collins, Loveland & Windsor. We took advantage of the nearby nature areas close to these cities with side trips to Breckenridge, Estes Park, Red Mountain Open Space & Red Feather Lakes.

Fresh Model Home looking Condo

We had an excellent experience. Our host Kim was very nice and helpful. She was easy to communicate with. The 1bedroom condo was immaculate and decorated like a new model home. The Kingsize master bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom was large with a sparkling clean shower which had a built in seat. The kitchen was well designed with new appliances and a large eating counter plus a separate dining table. The great room had a fireplace and TV. The separate laundry room had top of the line Samsung washer and dryer. The garage was adequate for our Dodge Durango. There was a nice front porch that opened to a neighborhood courtyard. Our 8 and 9 year old grandsons came to see us. We took them to the large pond and they were excited to catch some fish. On another day, they came over and we walked to the nearby driving range to hit golf balls. Then we walked two blocks to the Pizza and Italian Restaurant. We felt that we were in a good safe area and could easily walk to see the mountains in the distance .

Great condo

We were very happy with the condo. Everything was very clean and the condo was beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. We only had one question after we arrived and Kim answered it within about 30 seconds. We couldn’t have been happier.

Brad and I live in Northern Colorado as well and are new to the VRBO listing world. We even staycation at our condo from time to time due to the amenities, restaurants, tennis and golf. We love it here and hope you do too!

Why they chose this property

Convenience. Beauty. Amenities.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything. Windsor is adorable as well but it's a short drive to Fort Collins or Loveland. Also Power to Play is nearby where there's basketball, volleyball and more.
