Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Nice one bedroom + cabin apartment on the 4th floor (with lift) enjoying a view of the sea and the harbour. It can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 33 m² and a terrace of 10 m². Entrance hall, cupboard, bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room features a sofa, a TV and an equipped kitchenette (electric burners, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Parking space n°13. Additional visitor's tax.
