This small cottage is located in a peaceful residence with a swimming pool, close to the beach (600 m), the town centre, and the marina (900 m), all within walking or cycling distance. Outside, it features a lovely terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with your family and take advantage of the garden and its two sun loungers. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes, and a shower room with integrated toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine serving as a second bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. A travel cot for a baby, an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, and a griddle are also provided.

Logement très agréable, bien entretenu. L'emplacement est idéal : proche du centre, de la mer, du city stade (mon fils a apprécié) tout en étant au calme. La piscine de l'ensemble est très sympa. Enfin, l'extérieur est un vrai plus par sa superficie, ses équipements et son entretien.
