This service is necessary to properly maintain the pool, keep the water clean and sanitary, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Because it is a recurring weekly service, the timing does not change based on individual guest stays. We understand that the timing may not have been ideal for your plans, and we appreciate your understanding that this routine maintenance is an important part of maintaining the property and pool for everyone who stays with us.

The key is to acknowledge the initial cleaning mistake while making it clear that you responded quickly, communicated throughout, and addressed the issues during the stay. Here’s a stronger version: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the initial cleaning mix-up. The cleaner had mistakenly gone to the wrong property that day, but once we were made aware, we worked quickly to have the home cleaned while you were out at dinner. We also apologized for the inconvenience at the time. Regarding the linens, the sheets that were removed were unfortunately not returned. However, clean sheets were replaced on the beds, and additional clean linens and comforters were left at the property. The purchase of new sheets was not communicated to us during your stay; we only became aware of that expense at checkout. The bed issue was also addressed promptly. A repair person was sent out the following day, and based on our conversations during your stay, our understanding was that the repair allowed you to use the bed comfortably. We were also in consistent communication throughout your stay and made every effort to address concerns as they arose and make your visit as comfortable as possible. For that reason, it is disappointing to see several of these concerns presented in the review as though they were left unaddressed, particularly since we were actively communicating with you and respond

Thank you for feedback. But the things you are speaking of were not mention at all during your stay. Otherwise we would have addressed it. And the way place was left after check out was unacceptable, to the point where it took 3 days to clean. And we had to block off dates.
