Welcome to this private lakefront home on beautiful Lake Norman. Tucked away in a quiet cove, you will love the serenity. A large dock to fish off of. And a 2 level beach area with a large fire pit. Perfect for a relaxing night with the family cooking hot dogs and making s’mores. The house is very spacious with a huge screen porch and adjacent grilling deck for family cookouts. Family memories will be surely made in this Lake Norman gem!!

Great low traffic waterfront space!

We really enjoyed the area, it is family friendly and away from the higher traffic areas on the lake but still convenient to run over to Mooresville amenities. Paddling around in the cove and enjoying the property's beach area made for easy evening activities.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all. 3 large bedrooms. Giant screen porch with attached grilling area. Tucked into a quiet cove, you have your own private beach with a firepit. There's a large covered area sitting on the water's edge that has a very nice dock. Perfect for fishing or jumping off into the waters of Lake Norman. A short drive from the house you will find breweries, restaurants and shopping.
