About this property

Remodeled Lake House 5 min from the water

Quiet neighborhood on the south side of town. Unwind from a long day on the lake at this newly remodeled home with great air-conditioning. Minutes from downtown Havasu bars, 3 golf courses, launch ramps and the water. Boat parking available on the street in front of the house.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet & attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top. Rather than the usual ladder it has a stair/step to get on top which makes for easy access.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The dinning room table seats 6 and the outdoor table also seats 6.

The London bridge is just an 8 minute drive from the house. Launch ramps are approximately 10 minutes from the house.

The house is newly remodeled. Clean...comfortable beds. Great decorating!Reverse osmosis water treatmentWater softener High quality solid wood cabinets silent shut, granite counter tops. New appliances, electric stove, plenty of pots, pans, Pyrex, plastic fridge containers, cooking and grilling utensils.TVs in every bedroom with ceiling fans. New window treatments throughout.Front porch is comfortable with two chairs and small table.Nicely updated bathrooms with tall toilets with 2 button flush.Big backyardPatio is shaded mornings and evenings table seats 6. Propane grill with side burner..Updated vinyl casement windows and sliding doorLaundry is in garage. That makes it nice when you wash a load at night ...no noise. Plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.Extra cloths in garageNice location close to Basha's Grocery. Southside of town. Close to Lake H. There are nice walking parks and beach with water activities.I CAN'T REMEMBER what I forgot!
