Newly built (2019) and redecorated (2022) private ADU in walkout ground level basement of home in Carriage Hills neighborhood. Fully furnished sleeps 1-4 comfortably, Broadband internet, w/d off full bath, nice kitchenette w/microwave convection oven, work area w/desk alongside eating area, nice outdoor patio.

Will rent short term for 1-3mo of summer ($3,500/mo) or longer for 6-12mo lease ($2k/mo). Dog possible, no cats or smoking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place

Exactly what we needed for a hiking vacation. We had everything we needed, the unit was clean and comfortable, the host is gracious, and the location is just a few miles from the RMNP with a grocery store very conveniently along the way. Highly recommend and will happily return again.

Our stay at Estes Park ADU

Disappointed sleeping facilities. Although description says 2 bedrooms, but should be described as 1 bedroom, sleeps 4. Sofa bed in living room was very uncomfortable. Initial impression was negative as no information was sent as to how to lock/unlock door, and power was temporarily out in part of house. Owner responded quickly to remedy, but power limitations made cooking a challenge. Maid service had left wet sheets in the dryer, so we had to separate them and finish drying before making the sofa bed. Disappointed that there was no actual stove or oven, but instead just a hotplate and toaster oven. We would not recommend this property.
