The neighborhood is quiet, kid friendly, and close to great attractions like Sloans Lake, Tennyson St. and only 10 minutes drive from downtown Denver.
It's a perfect space for families, the property comes fully-equipped with our 4-year old's toys, trampoline and toy house. Our mom and grandma live next door in the carriage house and make great neighbors.
