Everything was great. The unit was clean, well appointed, modern and comfortable. The living area was spacious and we enjoyed little amenities such the record player and the balcony. Made us like we were at home!!

Fantastic Stay!

The property was as described which was great but it was the incredible attentiveness of Billy and Shea that was phenomenal. They responded to all questions immediately and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

Very nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped for making our meals and provided plenty of towels, including those for the pool. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt.

Perfect Stay and Excellent Amenities

It’s exactly as described online, with beautiful view. The place was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking items. We enjoyed the amenities and had a great time. We will definitely come back again!

Exceptional Property

Stayed here for three weeks. Great location right on the golf course. Very well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home for an extended stay. Host was prompt with replies if we had any questions or concerns. Will definitely book this condo again.

Girls getaway

We stayed for a week and the property was perfect. The carpets need to be cleaned/updated because they are worn. The pool was smaller than we expected but the overall experience was great.

Felt like home!

We felt right at home during our stay. Check in was a breeze, thanks to clear and thorough instructions. The property was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect landing spot after morning hikes in Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons with numerous pools to explore, a kitchen with updated appliances to prepare meals, comfy beds, modern bathrooms/showers and a cozy living space to relax. Close proximity to a ton of amazing restaurants. We will definitely book again the next time we visit Palm Desert/Palm Springs!

Calder Cup Frenzy

We had a great experience with this property. It was situated close to where we needed to be and comfortable to relax and work remotely. The pool was nearly across the street, which made it wonderful for an evening dip. We felt at home, so thank you for your hospitality.

He has everything you need, all the amenities . My only suggestion would be the following. One ,the shower water never gets hot, it is warm but compared to what most people are used to, not hot enough , just turn up the water heater a few more degrees and should be fine. Two, it would be nice if he had a chaise lounge chair on the balcony so one could lie down.

Palms Springs Tram Trip!

My fiancé and I booked this trip to hike to the peak of San Jancinto Mt. This was on our bucket list. We are not a big fan of “Palm Springs” but really like Palm Desert so we picked this place. It was everything we expected. We always choose premier host or super host for this very reason everything is exactly as they say! We would both highly recommend this place. You will not be dissatisfied at all.

We liked this unit

We really liked this unit: spacious, comfy bed, big bathrooms, modern style comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Big supply of brand new bathroom towels & lots of pool towels. Good deck w comfortable chairs & a brand new bbq. Great location, with quick access to freeway & lots of amenities nearby. Nice tennis courts & a good gym. Excellent communication with property manager. Had one issue upon arrival that was dealt with immediately. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the wall to wall carpet has some stains and the appliances are older (but worked well). We would def return.

Our cleaning team tried, but they could not get stain from previous guest completely removed prior to your stay. Since then, we’ve taken the property offline for a bit to allow carpet cleaners to perform more intensive cleaning and have replaced kitchen appliances. We enjoyed having you as guests and hope you will visit us again.
