This unit has been completely remodeled and furnished in a modern chic coastal beach style with your comfort in mind! There is newer carpeting in the bedrooms, new area rugs in the living and dining areas, new black out drapes in living room, new recliner, new spa shower head in en suite bathroom, new larger 50-inch tv in master bedroom, and many upgraded/replaced linens. For your family's indoor entertainment when you need a break from the sun there are 3 TVs that all stream your favorite services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc. In-unit WIFI makes staying connected a breeze! The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice and filtered water dispenser, and beautiful granite countertops. Service for 12 is stocked in the kitchen with 2 sets of dinnerware, a combo Keurig and carafe coffee maker, a crock pot, blender, and everything you need to cook in if you choose, even cookbooks for recipe inspiration! The dining room features a designer farmhouse table with ample room for 6 guests. Both bedrooms have newer beds, mattresses, and bedding. The king in the primary bedroom and queen in the secondary bedroom both have luxury memory foam mattresses. The second bedroom has both a twin bunk and a queen, an awesome configuration for bigger families! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for added flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The en suite bath has a newer beautiful custom walk-in tiled shower. There are 8 plush beach towels, board games, 4 beach chairs, and beach toys and boogie boards for your family to use and enjoy. On the balcony you will find a bar height dining table and chairs along with a reclining lounger and a glider with ottomans so you can put your feet up, relax, and listen to the waves crash on the beach. One of the differentiating features of this particular unit is there are ocean views from every window of the condo, which really let you know you are at the beach! The laundry and refuse disposal room is conveniently steps from the front door across the hallway. Don't forget in addition to the lovely pool deck amenities there is also a tennis/pickleball court, something a lot of complexes don't have right on site! Castle Reef is very special to us as we are second generation owners. We love this beautiful family friendly complex and consider it our beach home, not a "rental"!
