This was a perfect beach condo for a calm and relaxing getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The family room was comfortable and spacious. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided ample space for all of us to rest after full days out at the beach and exploring Corolla. Tim was very prompt with message responses. I would highly recommend this condo and we have rented in Corolla Duck and Nags Head for 20 years.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was a great location to the beach and had a pool onsite. There was also a delicious little Mexican beach bar right next to the complex. Everything was walking distance and convenient. The condo itself was very clean and we were provided with all the necessities and then some. The hosts even provided my family with new beach and pool toys for the kids. The shower and hose on the outside of the condo was also a life saver for washing the sand off everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

"Playing in the Sand" was very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning (this matters in the summer!), laundry and kitchen space/dining space. Communication with Tim, our host was easy. The location in Corolla across from the Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach lighthouse, and around the corner from historic Corolla was ideal. You are also in walking distance to shops, restaurants, a horse tour, mini golf etc. You are also very close to the beach access and this community has a beautiful pool with light house views in the back ground. When we were here, it was very quiet and peaceful. A great place to unwind and relax...you can hear the ocean near by. Parking directly in front of the unit made car off load/on loads quick and effortless. Very enjoyable time spent here, and would rent here again without hesitation!

A favorite place to stay when we visit Corolla. Convenient to Whalehead, Corolla Village, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hosts provide the comforts of home along with beach essentials to allow for relaxation and time with family.

Perfect stay!

The place was exactly as advertised! Comfortable and clean! 150 steps away from the best margarita and food spot in the area! (I counted) and not far from the beach (easily walkable) also walkable to the lighthouse.
