Super clean home in a quite neighborhood. Host was super nice and hospitable! Perfect for a small family or couple trying to enjoy the many things Colorado has to offer! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

this place is fantastic! super clean, great amount of space, and such amazing little details. stocked coffee, packed guest guide, tampons and makeup wipes in the bathroom, just very thoughtful items on hand. the hosts are wonderful! they are super friendly and super responsive. we had a blast on the trampoline and really enjoyed the backyard every evening. we plan to come back to colorado often and we hope this can be our home away from home each time!

Great stay in Colorado Springs

Work trip, so just me, but my first thought was how much my wife would love the place, very nicely done yet very comfortable. Raul and Brenda (hosts) were great - readily available if questions, never intrusive - clearly they love what they are doing. We'll be back!

Trip to see my daughter

Very nice and the hosts were quiet above us. Close proximity to a lot of things. The back yard has a nice fountain which was very relaxing to sit and listen too. I will definitely be staying here again.

Air Academy Tourney

We travel a lot for lacrosse and have stayed in many types of places. We have to say that this is one of our best experiences so far. The unit was super clean, well appointed and the owners were super easy to work with. If available, we will be back next year!

Clean, comfortable and perfetlct for our family of 4

This was the cleanest vacation home that we have ever booked. The beds were so very comfortable with plenty of closet space, extra bath towels, and blankets to snuggle up with. The special touches of chocolates, a bottle of wine, variety of coffees and creamers, puzzles and books were delightful. Being able to control our own A/C was helpful as we are from the hot south and enjoy cooler nights. There was plenty of hot water for all 4 of us to shower comfortably. All kitchen necessities were provided. The outdoor area was beautiful for lounging and visiting. The trampoline, sports balls, and neighborhood with bike paths were a great addition for our children. The hosts were always accessible if we needed anything. This was our first time staying in an attached rental, and our experience was amazing. The owners living above were respectful and quiet, offering us complete privacy. We recommend 10/10!

We were so delighted by this property which exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, beauty, and provision. The kitchen was well-appointed and served our needs for cooking for a family of six. We were happy to find a high chair, pack-n-play, and bedding. There was so much natural light available in the unit. The backyard was more lovely than we could have imagined. I spent a lot of time sitting in the sun and using the comfortable patio set. My kids LOVED the trampoline, balls, fountain, and lawn, and spent hours upon hours playing together. The hosts were so kind and responsive. It was a special surprise that their youngest son played often with our kids. This unit was so CLEAN! And the bed sheets were 100% cotton and white. I appreciate that :)
