We enjoyed our stay. Short golf cart ride to beach. Place was clean and met our needs. Only negative was the refrigerator smelt like fish. Outdoor tv was missing. Outdoor furniture downstairs was nice, just needs cushions to make it more comfortable.

My family and I have rented this home over the last four years, at least four times and it is always been pristine. Even though it was clean, some of the dishes were dirty and several live roaches were spotted in the home. We noticed that the upkeep on the home was not as good as it used to be and repairs are needed. The Electric plug on the patio did not work for using to charge things that we had with us. The stair bannister is loose in places. We love having the lift to haul our things to the second level, but there are repairs that need to be made there,too. Those are the reasons I gave it a rating of good instead of excellent.

Family TIme

Fancy Nancy was beautiful and the perfect size for us. Nancy was my husband's mom's name so it was a nice remembrance of her. The weather was great and this time of year there are less people which we liked. There was one difference that I noted the reservation says check out is 1100am but the owner said it was 1000am. We left by 1100am just as the garbage truck picked up the trash, so all was good! Thanks Cindy
