Location great - house not so great

Absolutely all about location, if that’s all you’re looking for, you’re good, if you want a nice place, this isn’t for you. When I arrived, the place was filthy, not sure how they can say it was professionally cleaned, if so, they should get a refund. All of the furniture was either sticky or had an inch of dust. Every plate & glass was put back dirty. Broken blinds, dirty bathroom etc. The couches are the absolute worst, huge stains on both of them and you sink since the springs are gone. I had to cover everything with 2 sheets and blankets, just gross. If you want to feel like you are back in HS renting a place at the Jersey shore, this place will be right down your alley. For the price I paid for June and all the fees associated with the booking I’m beyond disappointed.
