About this property

SeaBreeze Bungalow 2 blocks from beach & steps to Main St.

The SeaBreeze bungalow is one of the classic Old Town beach bungalows built in 1941. It has been fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. We are located on a quiet street, 2 blocks to the beach and steps away from Main Street.
Enjoy ocean breezes on our front deck or thru the one of the three Dutch doors. Don’t worry we have A/C for extra hot days.
The open concept living room and kitchen is light and bright and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, microwave, dishwasher, gas range, fridge with icemaker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
The living and dining area have plenty of comfy seating, electric shades, gas fireplace, highspeed Wi-Fi, and a 75-inch TV with premium channels.
The house sleeps four comfortably. Bedroom one has a king bed, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, and door that leads out to the back yard. Bedroom two has a twin over queen bunk bed, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, a small desk/chair and closet.
The bathroom includes a shower/tub, and is equipped with luxury shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hair dryer and towels.
Unwind under the palm trees in the backyard. The backyard features, a patio table with umbrella, grill, string lights and a surfer shower (perfect for rinsing off sand). We also supply beach towels.
We do not supply garage access, and a parking pass will be included for street parking. At this time we do not have washer/dryer access.
Seal Beach is a quaint beach town with a classic main street, shopping, restaurants, wooden pier and sandy beach. Seal Beach is only 7 miles to the Long Beach Airport, 3 miles to CSULB and 18 miles to Disneyland.
We are one of the limited homes that are permitted to do STR in Seal Beach.

No additional guests even if they are not spending the night without prior approval from Melissa. No parties or loud groups.
Seal Beach homes are very close to neighbors. Please keep music, voices and TV to a reasonable level inside and out. Quiet time outside is 9 pm.

Great place for family vacation

The place is as it is in the photos, Melissa the host is communicative, kind, considerate, she immediately answers any questions you have. If you ask me, would I come back to this place? Yes, I would do so with great pleasure.

Best beach bungalow!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! From comfortable beds to cozy spaces, this house was the best! My favorite was sitting by the fire with a blanket and a glass of wine. Every possible amenity you would need is present in the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood was so peaceful during the day and night. The technology in the house is so helpful, and my husband and son loved the flight simulator on the TV lol! Thank you for quick communication and a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Melissa and Aaron are Orange County natives. Aaron is in technology and Melissa is a local Realtor. We have two grown sons. We all love to surf, wakeboard, snowboard and walk down to the beach to watch the sunset. We are big sports fans and love to attend live games if possible. Drinking wine on our deck and binge watching a great show is not a bad way to spend the evening either. When we are not in Seal Beach we are at one of our other home away from homes (both on VBRO) in Mammoth Lakes and Discovery Bay.


Why they chose this property

We love Seal Beach because of the old town charm and friendly people. This location is ideal for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. We rarely use our car.

What makes this property unique

Seal Beach is a central to LA and other South Orange County cities, so it is easy to head either direction.
