Somewhat dated, the property could use an update. I’m not sure if it was the time of year or something else but there were quite a few black flying bugs. The view was amazing as always and the weather was perfect. Easy check in and check out.

Great view but quite a hike to beach

The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the view was beautiful. We saw deer almost daily grazing in front of our unit. My only complaint is that it was a 190 yard walk (per welcome packet) to the beach. My family took pictures of the beautiful beach and prayerfully next year I will be physically able to walk it myself.

This was a perfect beach vacation. I saw dolphins from the balcony one of the days were were there. It was so quiet, I never heard any of the neighbors. Having the beach a short walk out our backdoor was great. Shopping and food options are not far outside the neighborhood gates and there was a good variety. There are a couple nature trails nearby, and we were able to find where the dolphins do their strand feeding behavior, and got to see that, too! (Thank you for including information about that in the welcome book!!) Everything in the house was as expected according to the description. I didn't want to leave!

This villa was perfect. Our stay was wonderful. The Villa was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Seabrook Exclusives keep in contact prior to our stay and on arrival and departure day. We will definitely stay in this villa again.
