Welcome to your home away from home just steps from Siesta Key Beach. Condo #509, one of 40 units in the Sea Shell Condominiums is strikingly decorated in an elegant coastal theme. The fully stocked kitchen is bright and inviting and has everything you need to fix a simple snack or a gourmet meal. The open concept that flows into the dining area offers a spacious and roomy living experience.

This unit sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master and a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom. The master suite has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and there is a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are included.

Sea Shell Condos are in the best location on Siesta Key. Steps from the private beach, and just across the street are many amenities, from restaurants and shops to grocery stores. You can park your car and walk – or take the free trolley – almost anywhere you need to go.

The Sea Shell also offers guest amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and loungers. Enjoy the large, heated pool and two grilling areas for outdoor dining with family and friends. Coin-operated laundries are located on each floor, and the two elevators make it easily accessible even on the top floors.

Across are 7/11 gas station, small plaza with restaurants, gorcery store, boutiques and donut shop. Not to far to walk to the tide pools, the condo was clean and well stocked. Would love to go back off summer! The best are the ladies at the office. Super helpful and friendly.

Amazing location. One of the best in the area. The room itself was clean and just what we needed. There were maintenance issues though. The refrigerator didn't work, light bulbs were out, one TV didn't work, the fan in one bedroom had a bad remote and could not be changed, the main clock in the living room didn't work. The lower drawer in the oven was also lined with something sticky and pans were dirty. Lastly, both showers had odd faucets and it was very hard to keep the hot water constant. Maintenance did come when we called and fixed most things. They were very nice. These are just things that should have already been checked as part of the regular process. Despite these items we would stay here again. It's a perfect location and complex.

Wonderful Stay at Sea Shell I had a wonderful stay at Sea Shell. While the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, I was pleasantly surprised once I stepped into apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Pros: • The apartment is just a short walk from the beach, which was incredibly convenient. • Inside the unit, the temperature was kept at a perfect 72°F, and it always felt comfortable. • The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, but still peaceful and relaxing. • Overall, the apartment was cozy and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Cons: • The beds in the first bedroom were quite uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. • There was a noticeable musty smell in the apartment, likely due to humidity. Despite those small issues, everything else was very good, and I would definitely return in the future. Sea Shell offers a great beach getaway!

The proximity to everything was definitely the highlight of our stay and made it easy to enjoy the area without needing a car.However, the apartment itself was disappointing. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the property felt outdated. There was also a strong humid or musty smell, as if the apartment had been closed up for a long time, which made the space feel less clean and inviting. While we appreciated the location, the condition and comfort level of the apartment left much to be desired. With a few updates and better maintenance, this place could be a much better experience for future guests.

Everything that you need!

The condo we stayed in was exactly as pictured. The check in process was easy, as was the check out process. It’s right on the beach, with beach chairs available. I would recommend this location to family and friends looking for a place in siesta key on the beach. It’s right across the street from restaurants and shops, and I heard they are putting on a new grocery market in as well. We walked over to the marina area for our sunset cruise, and the trolley to downtown stops right in front of the complex. The pool area was a nice shower/bathroom area so we were able to enjoy the beach after our check out and shower etc before driving to our next destination. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Everything is in working order. It’s nothing fancy or glamourous, but for the price point it was exactly what we needed! The only warning is that parking is fairly low, so be sure to check your vehicle before pulling in. I did notice some larger cars were able to park up front. So it’s not a deal breaker :)
