Enclosed sunroom is the perfect place to relax in the evening after a day on the beach. Perfect location between Neptune Beach Town Center and downtown Jax Beach with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. 15 min to Mayo.
The entrance is on the 2nd floor
If looking for more bedrooms, rent the downstairs or studio apartment also within the building!
