THINGS TO KNOW
Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.
A Pirate Ship passes the condo daily. Beware, the pirate ship will shoot their 'cannon' on occasion!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.

Dock details: There is a private pier for Four Season Condo usage. This is shared with other Four Seasons guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
