Relax on the outdoor patio, in the hot tub, enjoy meals in the beautiful expansive kitchen, and rest on the luxury plush mattresses. You can also visit the local beaches, Sweet Berry Farm, taste the local cuisine, and enjoy the many artisan shops in downtown Newport. All areas of this home are well equipped for a group of six adults with the large sectional, expanding dining room table, and kitchen settings.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Newport at this beautiful, modern and cozy, spacious cottage/house that we didn't want to leave!Awesome inside and out (backyard is huge and hot tub and hammock are great).Easy 5 minute drive into Newport town and centrally located to have short drive to all spots and must sees on the island.

This property is in a great location. Shopping and public transportation are close by, and the prices for groceries and dining out are more reasonable than in downtown Newport. Bus route gets you to downtown in 20 minutes for 2! Alex and Kate are great hosts, very responsive to inquires. The common rooms in the downstairs are open and spacious, while the upstairs suite offers privacy. The hot tub is a real plus, and is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our dad’s 80th birthday celebration in Newport. Alexandra was very responsive. It was a bit warm when we were staying there in August. The bedrooms all had A/C units (as did the living room) which made sleeping comfortable, but the kitchen was a bit warm. We spent our time in the living room so it wasn’t much of a problem. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, did the Cliff Walk, a sunset cruise, a fishing excursion, and a tour of The Breakers Mansion. So many great restaurants and fun things to do in Newport!

Comfortable clean home

Exactly as described, clean, decorated beautifully and so comfortable. Everything you need for your stay-kitchen well stocked, bedding comfortable and great location to beaches/downtown Newport. 10/10!

This is a beautiful property! There is a huge backyard and wonderful patio area with plenty of seating. The house itself was perfect for us. There was a ton of room and the layout was perfect for the 6 of us. My elderly parents stayed with us and were able to move around comfortably. Our daughters stayed upstairs with their own bathroom and plenty of space. Everyone loved the skylight in the upstairs shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10 minute drive to Newport depending on the traffic. We loved staying here!
