The homeowner; a professional Interior Designer, used her talents to create a warm and inviting space using splashes of whimsical & nautical complimented by an extensive use of organic and natural materials. Many re-purposed pieces offer a classic, updated touch.
Each room has been creatively furnished providing function & comfort. The lovely living room offers relaxed seating for eight . There is formal dining for six with private seating for two in the kitchen. Newly renovated, the kitchen offers beautiful granite counters with bright white cabinetry. There is plenty of cookware to provide meals for 8 and a dishwasher to make for quick cleanup.
Vanities in the main bath & master bath are classy and functional and the owners have provided an ample supply of bathing towels. Three fresh bedrooms offer a set of twins, one Queen bed and one full bed. All decorated to soothe and relax.
The finished walk out basement makes a perfect in-law suite! It provides extra guests with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The use of natural materials continues, offering rattan seating as well as a full size futon for a comfortable nights sleep. The room also functions as a game room with an air hockey table, board games and TV. The laundry is conveniently located in the 2 car garage which leads to the back driveway that has an outdoor deck as well as a patio with fire pit and seating.

Walk to the days activities from the beach to dining, shopping to sightseeing. Walk Purgatory Chasm or stroll the mansions. Each season's festivities are full of surprises. Music festivals & Tall Ships, Octoberfest & International festivals, shows & celebrities too! Take the ferry to Block Island for a leisurely day on the coast or Parasail for a more intimate view!
