Hiking in the park or walking to shops and restaurants, the sight and smell of the ocean is all around you.

Why they chose this property

I love the Boathouse because it is so unique. It was built right on the rocky shore of Frenchman Bay. If you love the ocean like I do, you will be delighted by the sound of the waves, the smell of the salt air and watching the lobster boats coming and going from the pier.
