Great stay in Cooperstown

The Phoenix inn was exactly what our group needed for our stay in Cooperstown. Plenty of rooms, close to everything, and quite the charm in this renovated inn made our stay great.

We had multiple families staying with us. Lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed the history of the Inn. Beds were comfortable and host was very responsive.

Great Place for Large Groups

The house was great for a large group. So close to Cooperstown Dreams Park, restaurants, grocery stores and CVS. Jason (Owner of The Phoenix Inn) was very helpful and quickly responsive.

Great experience at The Phoenix Inn.

Our extended family stayed at the Phoenix Inn for a summer baseball tournament. We were very pleased with the amount of space for everyone. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Jason, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge on the history of the Inn which was extremely interesting!

Group Accommodation for Cooperstown Dreams Tournament

We had an awesome stay at the Phoenix Inn for our CDP tournament. The Inn was a perfect fit for our group. The modern kitchen made meal prep easy and there was lits of space to eat and relax. We especially loved the bar area! Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and clean - we certainly never felt cramped even though we filled every room in the house. Absolutely recommend the Phoenix Inn if you are headed to Cooperstown.

Great location, perfect for multiple families!

We stayed at the Phoenix Inn in mid-August. The location was so convenient- only about 8 minutes from Dreams Park. We could come and go throughout the week with ease or quickly run back to the house if we needed something or had an hour to kill. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families. We each had our own room and bathroom which was awesome! We loved the bar/living room area which was known as the Phoenix bar all week. The inn had all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable!

Perfect!!

Could not have been happier!! We had an amazing time at the Phoenix Inn!! The house was big enough for 5 families and we still had room when the boys stayed a night. The house had plenty of EVERYTHING- sheets, towels, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Jason, the host was so helpful. He was in constant contact to check on our stay, answer any questions we had, and give us recommendations of things to do locally. Perfect place to stay when you come to Cooperstown!

Spacious, Historic Home Near Dreams Park

We stayed here with three families while in town for a Cooperstown summer tournament and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent—just a quick 5-minute drive to Dreams Park—and there was plenty of space for each family to have their own area. The house is over 250 years old, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a more modern feel. The owner was incredibly responsive. We had a few minor issues with the AC in some rooms (it was record-high temperatures during our stay), but he replied within minutes and resolved everything quickly. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Excellent hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again!

Cooperstown Perfection

The Phoenix Inn was a fantastic choice for our stay in Cooperstown. We had two families and two sets of grandparents who stayed. Everyone had plenty of space for individual use and there were two great rooms for hanging out, playing games, etc. We were all able to fit on the front porch for coffee in the morning with plenty of chairs. The house is less than 5 minutes to the park for baseball games and less than 10 to go into town for shopping, food and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The owner was very attentive and helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Highly recommend the Phoenix Inn.

Perfect location for a big group!

This house is about a 5 minute drive to dreams park. Perfect location for coming back and forth to the games. The house was clean and the staff helpful. (Cleaning crew was there when I arrived) they gave me recommendations for restaurants. The house is great for multiple families , with many bedroom options with on suite bathrooms! Which was a huge plus! Also an apt for extra living space which was included in the house. Jason the owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had right away via text. The Wi-Fi was great, there was a washer dryer which we used! Towels and linens were provided. Overall a great house and a great location! I highly recommend the Pheonix inn for your Cooperstown experience!

Thank you!

We had to find last minute lodgings for 12 people for our daughter’s wedding after the Lakefront Hotel had a fire. The owners of the Phoenix Inn helped us out last minute and we were able to put all of them up in the house which was beautiful and clean! Thank you for saving our butts!

The Phoenix Inn was great!

The Phoenix’s was very spacious and clean with old time charm. Besides lots of bedroom, it has lots of bathrooms so no sharing is needed. The kitchen has been updated and well furnished. There is a nice side yard in the shade for hot summer days. The location is great, splitting the distance between the Cooperstown Dream Fields and Cooperstown itself. The property owner was always quick to response to any text communication.
