Nice house, well located, good bedrooms for family and yard. The best part of the house is the proximity to downtown Cooperstown and to Dreams Park.

This was the perfect place for our family for the week while our son played at CDP. Great location to both the fields and downtown Cooperstown. House was well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly responsive, attentive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your home!

AMAZING host

We stayed with another family for Dreams Park. The kitchen is beyond ready for ANYONE! They thought of everything. The host was amazing. I don’t think she ever took more than 5 minutes to reply. She is a 10/10!

The house was fully equipped with everything. Fully stocked kitchen, as well as bathrooms and laundry. Pet friendly, no fence but not a big deal if you bring a lead. Got to park in the garage, making it easier to pack/unpack the car and easier to get in the house. It's a very spacious house and close to a lot of entertainment in the area. Host was very nice and responded to messages.

Excellent communication from owner. Great location for Cooperstown Dream Park baseball families. Relatively clean, but the home is pretty old. Lots of space for multiple families.
