This home is now a favorite for our family. We enjoyed our stay so much we will be booking another stay right away. This is a beautiful home with a private backyard to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and organized with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Ponchos, fans, snacks, shampoos, detergent, paper towels, spices, coffee, and so much more. The pool table is in an air conditioned room which was very nice for family time at night. The bedrooms were perfect for our family with comfy beds and each of us had our own bathroom which was nice. Communication was amazing from the time we booked until the day we left. Great location, close to everything. We had a great time, thank you!

The host was wonderful and communicated well before, during and after our trip. The house is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sitting out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful weather and sunshine. We will definitely rent here again when we are in the area.

The home was well stocked with anything and everything you might need - from rain poncho's & umbrella's to sugar & salt to shampoo and conditioner. You don't have to go buy anything! Everything was clean and the host was super easy to communicate with. You can tell she takes great pride in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you for the great week!

Terrific villa!

We can’t say enough about our experience! Wonderful hosts, awesome rental from start to finish. Our hostess, Kim, was so thoughtful and communicative! Our only regret was that we had to leave.

What a great house and the owner is amazing!

This house has everything you will need. They have thought of everything and made sure it’s stocked in the closets or kitchen, from toilet paper, coffee pods, to go coffee cups, laundry soap, beach towels and a ton of helpful items when traveling with children. The owners are so helpful and great communicators. Will definitely stay again.

Totally awesome — best place we’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful place. Excellent condition. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Great location close enough to everything but with a secluded feel. The amenities were more than advertised and in great condition. Pool and spa under the lanai were great for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The host is first class. Very quick to respond to any questions. Totally recommend and we will stay here again if/when we come back to Florida.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful house, Kim has thought of EVERYTHING you could need and personalizes your stay with thoughtful details. You don’t need to run out and buy a bunch of supplies upon arrival. Grocery shopping very close. Yard is very private. House is tastefully decorated. Area was quiet and easy to access main roadways. Excellent communication with the host. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games room after a long day out.

Super Clean Home!

Beautiful home, centrally located! We had a wonderful stay at the home, enjoyed the jacuzzi, game room and plenty of space through out the house. My kids have diferent allergies and everyone felt really good in the place. The owners were very responsive at all times making sure we had all we need. The home is more that what we expected! Fabulous private home

Dear Kim Steffes, You have an amazing vacation home! We enjoyed the pool, all the labels on things, and the available toiletries, books and games for the children. The ease of use of pool with towels right there. Having a printer on site was great. We read the provided book to make sure of all the great amenities that were there. We appreciate your thoughtfulness from the welcome bag to all of the other amenities.

Perfect Stay for Disney!

Wow, we couldn't have been more pleased! The house was exactly as described. The communication with Kim was fantastic - I wish every stay could be this great. She kept in regular contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She even left the kids an amazing welcome bag, just amazing! It only took us 20 minutes each day to the Disney parks, and instead of having to go back to the chaotic resorts, we got to retreat to our own private house with an amazing pool and hot tub! The pool was perfect for our "down days" in between parks, and we had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 children. Thank you Kim for an amazing stay! When we return to Disney, this will be the place we stay!

Florida here we come

We were planning a trip to Washington DC this year but there was a lot of nonsense happing there. My husband didn’t feel comfortable taking us there and suggested we go to Florida. Since it was last minute he didn’t think we could make it happen. I was looking through Vrbo and kept coming back to Kim’s house. I contacted her and within minutes we were booked and our trip was all set. The house was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. Kim is a fantastic host! If we ever come back down to Florida I’d be sure to stay at Kim’s.

Wonderful Home!

Wonderful family stay for 6 of us. It was a home away from home and provided us with everything that we needed including some perks that aren’t provided in other rental homes. My kids (ages 16,14,11 and 7) loved the pool and game room. We also loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after long days at the park. Conveniently located. Close to stores, groceries and parks. ~25 min. from Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios entrance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were more than spacious! Your family will have plenty to do here. The owner, Kim, was great. Very responsive and made sure the house we had everything needed for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Book with this house, you’ll be happy! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing

So this trip started with us having to reschedule due to chicken pox. Kim was amazing through out- always on the end of the phone. Then came hurricane Milton. Kim was in constant contact, had her manager come round to tell us what to do. She kept checking on us and made sure we got a battery operated radio so we could keep up with the news. I cannot fault this villa or the service we received in anyway. There was soo much more in this villa than is listed- everything is labelled which makes things a breeze. We were all upset to leave as it is such an amazing place to stay !!!

THE GREATEST HOST

Our host has to be the best. The home was immaculate. The furnishings were neat, clean and plentiful. She has nice additions that are little suprises. From extras that you may have forgotten to a wonderful game room. The pool was sparkling clean. Its a very quiet cul de sac with no neighbor noise. Ive made my notes and we will be staying here again. Nicely located south of disney, but it wasnt bad getting to universal either. Wally mart is literally around the corner. Hats off to our host, everything was so welcoming and we felt "at home" away from home. All properties should be so clean and ran so well. 5 stars!

Excellent vacation villa.

We've just returned from a week long stay and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, well maintained, and clean. If I said it was well stocked, it would not come close to just how thoroughly stocked it is. It is obvious the hosts have put a significant amount of thought into just about everything and anything their guests could need for their vacation. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The route to any of the Disney parks is an easy drive. I can honestly say the drive from the villa to the parks is shorter than some of the hotel to park bus rides I have had when staying on property. This was our first time staying off property and I would not hesitate to do it again. The extra space afforded by the house adds tremendously to the overall comfort of a vacation. If you are looking for a rental house in the Kissimmee area, this villa should be on your short list!

Let me just say, if you are considering this property for your vacation, book it right away. Even if you are still comparing with other locations, this is where you want to stay.This trip was our first time using VRBO, it was always a hotel room or a Time Share and neither one of those comes close to here. Of course, we all know what a hotel/resort room offers, if you are lucky and can afford it, you might get one separate bedroom, a big room with one or 2 beds, and a bathroom, not comfortable at all when traveling with 3 adults and a 12-year-old. If you stay at Disney, you will be lucky to get the separate bedroom for double the price and have the length of time staying there.From the time we booked here, Kim the host was contacting us to find out our plans for our vacation so she could add extra surprises to make our stay even better, and somehow, she did. The home is beautiful with 4 bedrooms, two master's and two set up for children, or children at heart, everything listed in the description was exactly as promised and then some. Last but not least, you open the patio door and waiting for you is the swimming pool and hot tub.The final thing, and most days the most important thing. When you leave in the morning, you will take a left turn, a right turn, one more left turn and with-in 10 minutes you will be right in the middle of the Disney Magic, and at the end of your fun filled busy day, 3 turns of the car and you are in a quiet safe neighborhood, safe and sound.

Fantastic Stay

This vacation home is the best house we rented since renting vacation homes in florida. It as very clean and spacious and had everything there that you could possibly think off to use. We never had to bring anything other then our clothes and food. The owners really put alot of taughts into their home for their guest. Just the little things like portable 120 volt outlets and usb ports right on every night stand on both sides of every bed so their clients don't have to be looking for outlets to plug there accessories in. The game rooms was awsome and my son and I spent a bit of time in there playing pool. We had our 3 year old with us and there was even portable railing for his bed there to use at night. The pictures of the home on vrbo is exactly what you get a clean beautiful house to call home while your on vacation. Most importantly the owner Kim is very friendly and awsome to deal with and gets back to you right away if you got questions for her. We are definitely going to be renting this home again the next time we visit and will be recommending friends and family to stay there as well.

Kim and her house are amazing!

From the start, the communication from Kim was top notch! When we arrived at the house, before we walked in the door, she greeted us on the ring camera to make sure we got in ok and to let us know if we needed anything to reach out. She would check in every few days to make sure our stay was going well. Any messages we sent were instantly answered and so professional! The house was perfect for our group of 4. Two adults in the master bedroom, our daughter (5) was able to pick which room she wanted to stay in and grandma got her own room/bathroom as well. The house could have easily slept 10 people and accommodated everyone without stepping on each others toes. The amount of “extra” items supplied was great! Honestly you could pack your clothes and necessary items and just arrive at the house, everything you needed was there! Grocery stores, Walmart, Target, restaurants, gift shops are all very close. We went to Magic Kingdom, ESPN Wide World of Sports and Sea World while visiting. The drive takes about 20-30 minutes depending on when you go, but still very close to the house. The rest of our time was spent outside sitting by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. SUPER clean inside and outside of the house. Our family HIGHLY recommends this place AND we know who to contact the next time we come to Orlando….Kim! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay Kim, we enjoyed our stay!
