"Welcome to our beautiful Townhouse that will perfectly complement the lasting memories your family will be creating while visiting the happiest places on earth! This new, professionally appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom country townhome is splendid for families or groups up to 8. Located in The Enclave at Festival, close to Champion Gate Downtown, we just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, & LegoLand." “The house is equipped for self-catering”. We offer a small welcome kit containing essential supplies to get you started in the house. Our kit includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher capsules, and garbage bags. Additionally, nearby supermarkets and pharmacy provide convenient access to any additional essentials items you may need during your stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very nice place! The keypad was broken when we arrived but Juan and Carla were very flexible and helped us out nicely. Wonderful place and wonderful hosts!!

The house was great and had everything we needed. We loved the space and being an end unit helped minimize the sounds coming from neighboring units. The community pool was wonderful and not busy the times we went. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Florida vacation

Came to Florida to spend time with my son and enjoy some beautiful sunshine. Staying at this beautiful condo made our stay so wonderful. It is very beautiful in a quiet residential area making it feel like home. Juan was very quick to respond to all my messages and was so kind to allow us an early check in. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

Family vacation stay

Juan and Carla were wonderful hosts. Their place was as described in the photos. The place was NEW and very well kept which made us feel right at home the whole time we were there. Juan was also very responsive to my 1-2 questions which was very helpful too. We’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable place in the Championsgate area.

Great family vacation

Carla and Juan have a lovely home. Very modern. Very good Wi-Fi. Easy check in process. Always responded to us straight away. They even purchased and had delivered a kettle so we could make cups of tea (being British!!!!) Location is close to shops and main highways. Overall a wonderful holiday. Thank you Carla and Juan.

Great place for your money!

The place was more than enough for my friend and I who were in town for a sports tournament. This is set up for families so if you have kids and/other family traveling with you it would be great for you. Kitchen has all you need to cook up home meals, full size washer/dryer, comfortable beds and very clean quiet property. My only suggestion would be to have washcloths provided (bath and hand towels were provided by them) and a coffee/tea bar would have been a nice touch. Other than that, HIGHLY recommend for your stay in FL!

March Getaway!

Loved our time at this beautiful townhouse! Location close to Champions Gate for ease with groceries, shopping & restaurants. House was stocked with all incidentals. Washer & dryer was a plus as we spent a month there. Grandkids loved the community pool with kids splash pad. Drawback, was pool was not heated, which kids don't care and felt good on warmer days. Juan was very responsive to all our questions. Wildlife abundant near townhouse with numerous ponds nearby. Saw Cranes with babies and Alligators 4 ft. to 10Ft. warming themselves throughout the day on the banks. Neighborhood is not gated and was solicited twice. Very limited parking. We did not have control of temp. settings within house as it could get a little stuffy sleeping on second floor. Juan was helpful and dropped it a few degrees for us. All in all it was perfect for my husband, myself and when our children visited for a few days. Would highly recommend! Thanks again for a memorable month.
