Convenient and Spacious Home

This rental has plenty of room for a big group. The house is in a great location for walks to the lighthouse, port, and beach. The house was clean and updated and the host was very responsive and helpful. We were very comfortable!

Great vacation house!

House was very clean and even nicer than the photos! All of the fans, tvs, appliances worked well and everyone enjoyed the porches and views off of the second and third floor.

This was a perfect property for our family… children, spouses and grands.Darius was the best host…responded immediately when we called with questions.The house is huge (13 of us) , location was amazing ( walk to restaurants, ice cream and views).The only thing I would change are the aerial shots, as the neighborhood has changed…also all of us request better toilet paper

Narragansett / Newport Bachelor Party

The house was great for our friend’s bachelor party with plenty of beds, walking distance to several restaurants/bars, close proximity to local beaches, multiple refrigerators/freezers, and plenty of living/outdoor spaces for us to hang. We were able to get Ubers to/from Newport as well which was great for going out at night. Would absolutely consider coming back to this property with friends and/or family (would be great for multi family/ multi generational trip).

A very nice house for a large group of people. Nice ability to be separated from the group when wanted. ( For some reason , I did not realize that there were 3 levels in the house. Lots of exercise!)

Great family vacation rental

The home was exactly as described! With 18 of us in the house (8 adults and 8 children - ages 5-16), we especially appreciated the pocket French doors that separated one living space from another. Another extremely pleasant surprise was that, unlike other rentals where we've stayed, we didn't need to know what day to put out the trash bins or the recycle bins - the companies simply came and got them! Another plus (unlike other rentals) is that there are three refrigerators, i.e., two in the kitchen and one in the lower-level laundry area.

Vacationed with husband, adult children, spouses and 4 grandchildren under 6. Had a wonderful time. House is clean, very well-equipped, and spacious. 2-minute drive to gorgeous Scarborough beach. It takes 24-36 hours to get a beach parking pass, so apply before you go. Owner/property manager very responsive. House is set back far enough from Ocean Rd (which is not very busy anyway) that traffic was not a concern. Big windows, lots of natural light. We have already made a reservation for next year!

This is our second year staying at this house. We are 10 adults and 5 young children. This is a GREAT house. It is roomy and clean. It has two living rooms that can be separated by French pocket doors. It has THREE (3) refrigerators which we used with such a big group. The kitchen is generously equipped, the 2nd floor balcony is roomy with lots of chairs. Generous amounts of dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Large capacity washer and dryer got lots of use. Very close to Scarborough Beach and Roger Wheeler Beach is not far. There are 3 bedrooms on the first level, living spaces on the second level, and 3 more bedrooms on the third level which made it easy to separate early-rising youngsters from sleeping-in adults. Check-in is a breeze and Darius responds to queries very promptly. Absolutely 5 stars!

We were pleasantly surprised that the house was so well equipped with most everything we needed for a family stay. Please note that one of the third floor overhead fans did not work and the patio umbrella is broken.

Great family vacation

I vacationed with my family and extended family and after a long year of covid we needed this! The house was spacious and had all the amenities. Although you can walk to Scarborough beach it is hard on a busy street and .7 of a mile away. We bought a season parking pass which worked out well. Walk to restaurants and ice cream. Great vacation

This was an amazing home, located, location, location!

I chose this home due to location and ability to comfortably hold all my guests. It exceeded expectations! All amenities were thought of, plenty of towels, beach chairs, 2! Refrigerators, plenty of room to spread out and get away from each other when quiet was needed. Spotless, but comfortable allowing us to settle in without worry. Property managers checked during week to see if anything was amiss that they could help with. Highly recommend.
