You're in the heart of The Vibe District - just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Virginia Beach Sports Center. Enjoy the vibrant VIBE Creative District, filled with top-rated restaurants, local cafes, craft breweries, and a strong sense of community.

The Space:

A studio apartment with a queen bed in the lofted space with a queen pull-out sofa in the living space.



NOTE- Just a short-walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer (8 am - 12 pm)



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Space for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street. This is a parking garage. - Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

The loft area was not assessible for me. So I stayed with a friend

We loved our stay here! All three of us were able to sleep comfortably, even in the loft. The ladder to the loft is quite narrow and steep, so if climbing is difficult, the pullout couch is a great alternative. The property manager, Dimitri, was very responsive and friendly. The home was fully equipped with kitchen tools and had amazing appliances, which made cooking and relaxing so easy. The location is perfect- close to downtown and the beach, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Despite some nearby construction, we really enjoyed being right next to the wave pools. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We couldn’t use the bedroom loft because the ceiling was just a few inches from our face when lying down something that is not architecturally sound
