Welcome to our private paradise by the beach! Our first floor beach villa (no stairs to climb) is located in the very popular and unique ocean side community of Sea Woods in the resort town of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Experience a world class ocean-side vacation without paying resort prices! Walk in your flip flops along the shaded oak-covered paths to the beautiful beach and sunny surf just steps away.

Sea Woods is a centrally located resort community that provides you the best of both worlds - all of Central Florida's attractions, such as Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, and Sea World while enjoying Florida's number ONE attraction - THE BEACH!

The extraordinary condominium complex is set on 53 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes. It is conveniently located on A1A (South Atlantic Avenue) across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. It is known to be the most unique resort community in the New Smyrna Beach area.

Our beachside villa is 1152 sq. ft. with a 200 sq. ft screened in porch and outside deck area.

Golf, Tennis, Pickleball - in addition to playing tennis and pickleball on courts just steps away from the villa, you will find 7 great golf courses in the immediate New Smyrna Beach area.

Pamper yourself at one of the many Day Health Spas in the area, where you can spoil yourself with massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more. New Smyrna Beach is renowned for it's Art & Culture. Loved this villa

We had such a nice stay here. The lush greenery all around is beautiful as you take a short walk to the beach or the pool. The villa is spotless and so well equipped. My fisherman husband was so happy with New Smyrna’s fishing piers and drive on beaches. I have nothing negative to say. Great place for a vacation!

My wife and I loved this place. A very clean and quiet setting with pools and tennis courts. A short walk or drive to the beach with the Canaveral National Seashore a few miles away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryer were very convenient. I would recommend to anyone.

I rented a beautiful villa in Sea Woods! The interior and outdoor decor was stunning with a beach theme. It also was spotless when we arrived. Will definitely want to stay here again! It is in a good location close to everything.

Long Weekend Away

My husband and I stayed at Sea Woods for our annual fall get-a-way and really enjoyed the property. It was nice to come back from the beach and sit on the back deck with a glass of wine while we discussed plans for dinner. Great location -close to beach and downtown NSB. Very clean and very quiet for a relaxing time away.

We had a wonderful time in New Smyrna! The condo fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and ready for use. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and we took advantage of the pools, pickleball and the close beach. We will be back!

Great Place to Unwind

This villa had it all.....so well equipped, absolutely beautiful Florida decor, so put together! An added bonus were the two tvs, as well as the cute screened in porch where we enjoyed our little "happy hour"! Only thing missing were nice beach chairs, which we purchased and left behind! We hope to be back in the future!

Great Beach Week!!

Great location! The Villa was very nice, well appointed. I especially enjoyed the small screened porch and the open air deck. Very private and beautiful surroundings. Close to everything include access to beach. Easily walk over or drive on the beach. The drive on ramp is just down the street and easy access. The TV was a challenge for us (we are older), as there are 4 remotes! Otherwise we truly enjoyed our girls week. Thank you very much!!!

11 days in a great condo! Very well-appointed and furnished. Anything/everything you might need or want is there. I’ve stayed in high-end condos that were not as well stocked! Any appliance or “thing” you might need is here, we could have packed lighter. Very clean, nice furnishings, towels, etc. While we did not take advantage of any of the property amenities (pool, courts, etc) they all looked very nice. Host was very responsive, all while being in Asia on vacation himself.

We absolutely loved our week. Will return! This unit was extremely perfect for our three kids. 24,16, 11 years of age. Perfect size unit and super clean. We brought bikes to ride in the mornings. Loved having pickleball court. We enjoyed our walks to beach. Didn’t miss that we weren’t directly on beach. Nice to sit in the screened in porch and hear the waves.

Great family trip

We enjoy the lovely condo. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with many trees and shady. Not a far walk to the beach but we chose to drive to the public beach access which is a little less than a mile with free parking and there was always a place to park. The condo is much larger in person than the pictures online show. The screened in porch is lovely and probably our favorite spot. The beds are comfy and the rooms very spacious! We had plenty of towels, wash cloths and beach towels. Every comfort from home was found at this lovely condo. There are many places to eat nearby and every one we tried was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful Sea Woods Villa

Upon arrival we inspected the property and found it to be as described on VRBO site. There was a slight odor that gradually decreased during our stay -- once the owners were contacted, they addressed the situation -- time will tell if the odor is completely removed. Other than that slight issue, we felt that the villa met our needs for the period of our stay. We found the Sea Woods community was very friendly and helpful. We had hoped that we would be able to return next year for a slightly longer stay, but have found that the property has already been promised to another party.

Hidden Gem Nestled In Trees

This property is a steal of a deal. It’s well stocked, clean, has comfy beds and linens, great outdoor and screen room seating, and feels so private (like a house). My partner, 19 year old son and I have stayed in 5-6 rentals in NSB and this was our favorite! We didn’t regret not choosing beachside at all. Sea Woods is welcome respite from the concrete jungle of rental properties in New Smyrna. There are beautiful trees and wildlife that surround you. We enjoyed walking (and biking with the bikes at the property), playing tennis, using the workout room, and using the heated pool (which was actually warm, unlike many other properties’ “heated” pools). Property owner was responsive to questions. Thank you!!!

Island perfection

Enjoyed out wonderful stay at Marco Island. Condo was exactly as described! Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach and even a rolling cooler. Pool area is lovely and always seemed quiet with plenty of room to read or enjoy a float. Restrooms in the pool area are emasculate. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, pots, pans, storage containers, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker and Keurig even a blender and full size appliances!! Also a few essentials like salt, pepper and cooling spray to get you started. A nice beach path is just across the street with easy pedestrian access. Total distance to the beach is maybe 300 yards. Quiet beach with plenty of space and great shelling. Easy access to JW Marriott where we visited with friends. Just south of the condo you will find beach shops, several restaurants, ice cream and coffee. To the north a bit try Samys for some amazing food! Love the quiet island vibe and walkability of this area!! Beds were comfy and balcony had beautiful views. My only recommendation would be adding some dressers to the bedrooms as I do like to unpack on longer trips and possibly a full length mirror. These are minor things however I would 100% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed!

Un séjour parfait

Ma famille et moo avons passé un très agréable séjour. La.maison est confortable et très bien équipée, j'ai particulièrement apprécié le porche protégé par la moustiquaire, et la terrasse en arrière. Elle est située tout près des différents équipements- tennis, piscine, salle de sport- et de la plage, et les commerces sont à quelques.l minutes de voiture. Enfin, Jerry a répondu très rapidement à nos questions, même si nous n'en avons pas eu beaucoup puisque tout etait bien organisé. Toute la famille aimerait vraiment y retourner.
