About this property

New to rental market! Overlooking marina on Fripp Island

This beautiful home offers spacious 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, located right next to the Marina and minutes away from the golf course!

This home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4-5, plus 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen bar. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with seating for 2 overlooking the marina. Off of the living room there is another patio with gorgeous views of the expansive marsh and waterways. There is a half bath located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two identical master suites. They both have King size beds, vaulted ceilings, ample closet space and en suite bathrooms with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku streaming devices.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but the garage is not available for guest use.

This home is located in the Marina area of Fripp Island.

If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.
Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

This house was one of the nicest houses I have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the marsh view on the back porch. Watching the Sun set was relaxing and the time we went it was quite too. Great location if you booked a chartered fishing trip like we did with Saltfin Charters. Will definitely come back to stay again. Thank y’all so much for letting us stay in a beautiful home for our anniversary

First Trip to Fripp

We rented this property for a quick family vacation. We brought our boat with us, so this property was perfect as it is right next to the Marina. We enjoyed Bonitas Boat House and the Marina pool. Overall, we are happy with our visit here and will plan another trip next year.

Beautiful Beach Home

This property was beautiful and clean. The perfect size for our family of four. It had gorgeous views of the marsh/river and a cozy living space for evening movies as a family. It was everything the listing said it was. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunrise over the marsh was too good to sleep in and miss. House was well equipped and clean. Parking gets crowded in the evenings due to people getting dinner at the restaurant but never caused too big of a hassle for us

Fun house but disappointed with a couple things...

We arrived at Fripp Island and check-in at the private island security gate was great and got our vehicle pass from them...no issues. We arrived at the house, parked and went inside. The entry process was smooth...no issues getting into the house. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the counter tops and table. We have food allergies so everything has to be cleaned thoroughly before use and I was surprised how dirty our towels got when rubbing things down. We used the one tub (which has built-in jets) to find black flakes coming out of the jets...possibly some kind of buildup from use. Other than that, the bathrooms were great. The bedrooms I felt a little underwhelmed about also. We stayed in the bedroom on the parking-end of the house and could not believe the amount of noise we heard from traffic in the marina area. Alot of people come down to that end of the island to access a store, a restaurant, launch boats, etc. We then tried staying in the second bedroom on the marsh end of the house for a few nights. We didnt hear road/people noise but the wind gets quite intense for that area...in that it shakes that end of the house and the structure makes "creaking" noises the whole evening. This wasn't just one night...it was high winds like that for several days. No one can control the weather but I would just caution the next guest to be prepared for high winds at times. Also, we didn't find the club cards we had purchased until the day we were checking out.
