Nice Neighborhood. Great Location.

Very nice, clean & spacious house in a nice neighborhood. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. We were close to disney and there were many stores and restaurants nearby. A very enjoyable stay!

House did not have any heat for approximately 24 hours. Upon arriving, the indoor temperature was 64 degrees. It continued dropping throughout the night and was 59 degrees the next morning. Informed the host around 7:00 am. HVAC technician arrived around 11:15 am and left soon thereafter. Did not return until several hours later to fix the problem. House finally started getting warm after 7:00 pm. Host should have verified heat was functional before our arrival, especially with the ongoing freeze warnings that were occurring. In addition, front master bathroom had a strong musty/mildew smell, dead ants were near entry door inside, and home needs general maintenance to electrical plugs, water facuets, etc.
House did not have any heat for approximately 24 hours. Indoor temperature dropped to 59 degrees!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the heating during your stay. The system had been operating normally prior to arrival, but the region experienced an unusually severe cold snap—the coldest conditions seen in decades—which unfortunately caused the HVAC unit to fail. Once we were notified in the morning, an HVAC technician arrived as quickly as possible. After diagnosing the issue, he determined the correct solution was replacing the unit rather than attempting temporary repairs. He briefly left to obtain the new equipment and returned later that day to complete the installation, with the home warming shortly afterward. Regarding the outlets, we did not find any electrical faults. Some outlets in the home are controlled by wall switches (commonly used for lamps), which can sometimes give the impression they are not working if the switch is off. We appreciate the additional notes and will review the items mentioned so we can continue improving the home for future guests.
