Spacious lakefront home near DisneyWorld, Margaritaville and Orlando attractions! Relax after a long day at one of the attractions or simply spend the day lounging at your private pool. Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. We cater to discerning guests that value clean, comfortable and a "luxury" type feel. We will communicate with you prior to your arrival and once you arrive to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.   Absolutely no more than 8 ppl and parties are not allowed. Swimming in the lake is not permitted. There is an additional charge for pool heat. Please request a quote as we can offer discounts for longer stays and/or warmer weather.

Fantastic villa holiday

Really lovely villa. Very clean and everything we needed for our family holiday, suited all ages from 12 - 80 years old. Beautiful view of the lake, so peaceful and an abundance of wildlife to spot. Very close to the parks and restaurants, everything literally on the doorstep. Lisa was a great host with great communication for all the information we needed. Thank you and hopefully we'll be able to visit again!

Comfortable, well equipped, great location. Perfect choice!

We spent two wonderful weeks with our 4 children at this house. We couldn’t fault it at all. Perfect location for Disney, local supermarket and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We are looking to return to Florida next year and will definitely use this property again if we do. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great villa in a great location

This is the second time we have stayed in this great villa. It is in an ideal location for all the parks . But even if you do not want to go to the parks it is a great place to relax and take advantage of the sun all day, with its south facing pool overlooking a lake full of wildlife. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year.

This property is ideally situated for the Disney theme parks and also has a great south facing pool.

We have just returned from spending three very relaxing weeks at this villa and we will definitely return. The villa is close to the 192 which has lots of great restaurants close by and Disney is only 10 minutes away. The villa has a great south facing pool which gets the sun all day. It also overlooks a lake with lots of wildlife. We even saw an alligator, although it was only 2 foot long. The villa is well equipped and very clean with (thankfully) no sign of any cockroaches. Rosie, the owner of the villa, is a very nice person to deal with and takes great care to ensure you enjoy your stay. The same can also be said of Dawn, the villa property manager, who also checked that we had everything at the villa we required. This villa became a real home from home for us and we were sad when it was time to leave. We look forward to returning very soon

Lovely Villa & great location

Brilliant

We have stayed in about 7 villas over the years and this is in my top 2. The villa is super clean, well equipped, close to everything. Because we have been before to Orlando we don't do parks all the time, we like to have pool days and just relax and play with our kids in the pool. We had no problems whatsoever. Rosie kindly called as well to make sure we were settled in - nice touch, as some owners don't do this. The only thing, and it's not a negative in anyway shape or form, it's just our preference, is that it would have been handy to have had a safe, but again that's our presence so that you don't have to worry about stashing passports etc. I loved the lake, the view is stunning. Saw a gator, herons, ducks, frogs, squirrels. Lots of privacy too. Definitely keeping this one in mind for future holidays, it's really hard to go anywhere else really.

Wonderful location, super clean. V. Close to WDW!

We spent a superb 2.5 weeks in this property, and cannot wait to go back. Really secluded pool area meant that we could swim and generally lounge about in total privacy. Lounge area in the villa is suitably massive that we could sit at one end whilst our teenage son could sit at the other, and it felt that we were miles apart. Through a combination of bad luck and stupidity, we had cause to contact the management company on a couple of occasions, they were prompt, polite and extremely attentive. We are florida holiday veterans of 10+ years and can honestly say we never felt better looked after.

Great place to stay near Disney

House was very clean, check in and out was easy! The house is about 15 mins from all Disney parks. The pool was so refreshing each morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

this stay was absolutely perfect and beautiful. the space felt so homey and open. the open spaces were easy to be in, the pool and patio was beautiful, the owner was easy to communicate with. i loved the location and so many goodies around to eat and or shop at.

Great location and stay

The house is very nice and has a great view of a lake. It is well stocked with what is needed to cook and have a very comfortable stay. Lisa is very quick to respond to questions and help where she can. The location is great, so close to Disney and stores/restaurants to make your Disney holiday easy and fun.

Loved Drifting Lily Loop

We enjoyed the home so much and Lisa was very accommodating to us. The location on the lake with the nature area on the other side was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. We love Disney World and Celebration so the location is perfect for us. We will stay here again in the future

Nice house for a group stay

Nice house. Comfortable with lots of room. From master you can clearly hear the highway. Second single bedroom upstairs appeared to be a full size and not a queen size bed. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful House!

The place was perfect! Lisa was very communicative and accommodating to our requests! Very close to Disney World, and even closer to restaurants/entertainment at Margaritaville Resorts! The house was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was perfect temperature, even for night and morning swims, and we even caught several large bass! We would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect Disney Home

This was the perfect place for my family. We had a great time in the pool and the travel to and from Disney was super easy. Restaurants and shopping were also really close and convenient. If you are going to Disney, this is the place to stay.

Great location

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a good experience. The location is great, close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the owner was great. The home was clean, but could use a little updating. The decor and flooring was dated. It suited our needs though. Everyone enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day at the parks.
