This place is comfortable and stylish. Public beach across the street and water views were beautiful. Most touristy areas were less than 10 minutes. We used Uber and Lyft. They're is parking but it's limited and slaves are small. I would recommend renting a car if you want to visit different beaches or get away from the touristy area. Communication was awesome! The birthday cake was delicious and the balloon creation was super cute. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you, Leigh Ann! I’m glad our apartment, the views, and the celebration touches helped make the stay special. This is exactly what we want for our guest: unforgettable experiences. I'm so happy our location worked really well for you; being so close to everything and walking distance to excellent restaurants, hotels, cafes, and casinos makes our apartment super convenient. You’re welcome back anytime!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The host was extremely nice and responsive. The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, and beautiful. It had a fantastic view of the beach down below in a very secure building. It was a two mile beautful walk to Old town. Many nice restaurants and bars close by. The beach across the street was one of the more beautiful beaches that we have seen. We loved this place and feel that you will not be disappointed with this rental.

The property was great - fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, toys, chairs and a wide range of supplies. The beds were very comfortable - it was dark and cool when sleeping - it was wonderful! The ease of getting to the property and into the space was welcomed. The property was right on Ashford and close to all the hotels, restaurants and shops and a very easy Uber ride to Old San Juan and other places of interest. My only complaint, had nothing to do with the property we rented, were the beaches. They are small and crowded with terrible sand. The property was awesome with lots of space, a view of Ashford and the beach!

The condo was exactly as described and pictures shown by PR Short Term Rentals. Clean and well-maintained, probably of the better renovated units in a moderately good building. Communciation was prompt, and clear. Check-in and check-out was clean and simple. They have flexibility for time, for a small additional hourly fee.

Convenient and nice

The apartment was clean and in a great location! The beaches were easily accessible all along the road. Parking was sometimes a challenge, as there sometimes weren’t enough spaces for everyone. So much fun for our first time visiting! We were not disappointed, just wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Be prepared for the extreme humidity outside! Room stayed nice and cool though.

Excellent Alternative to Over-Priced Hotels

My husband and I stayed with our adult daughter and husband for 2 nights, and we could have used more time to enjoy the activities nearby. A snorkeling tour at Escambron Beach was a highlight of our vacation so far (saw sea turtles and a manatee). It’s a short drive to Old San Juan, and you just wander down the street to find restaurants. We have stayed at several different Condado hotels over the years, but the prices have gone way up. It cost us less than half the price of two hotel rooms to stay in a clean and beautifully decorated space with free parking. The host was very responsive to questions, and even forwarded a Tsunami warning to us (no way we would have known about it otherwise). We plan to return in the future and take advantage of more activities.

Perfect Location & Nice Interior design

We booked this stay for my friend’s birthday. My group & I loved the decor and space. The interior design was amazing and the black robes were so comfortable! This spot comes with a washer and dryer which is convenient for beach visits. We do wish the check-in details were sent to us prior to our arrival with the lockbox code & specific parking details. We had to wait for the host to respond so that was a little inconvenient, however they were helpful when they responded. It was unclear how to use the white card to open and close the gate. Luckily we ran into one of the residents so had to show us. We also didn’t know there was sunscreen, card games, and local suggestions in the drawer where the tv is. I think that by adding these details in the listing and sending the lockbox code out sooner that will make the check-in process more seamless. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was very clean, a/c worked great, & the little beach across the street was perfect. The blackout curtains were a nice addition I didn't expect.I wish the roadway noise way a bit less, but what can you do.

More than a service, we’re hosts who open the doors to our island with heart.

Welcome to PRSR — where every stay feels like coming home.

Why they chose this property

We chose Condado because it perfectly captures the elegant, effortless energy of San Juan. Steps from the ocean, lined with palm trees and boutique hotels, this neighborhood blends beachside relaxation with a cosmopolitan feel that’s hard to find anywhere else on the island.

Here, mornings start with the sound of waves and a walk along the beach — just across the street — followed by an espresso from one of the chic cafés nearby. Within minutes, you can shop designer boutiques, unwind at oceanfront bars, or dine at some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants.

Our favorites within walking distance include:

Orozco’s – classic Puerto Rican comfort food with a local touch.

Cocina Abierta – creative, high-end dining with bold Caribbean flavors.

STK San Juan – modern steakhouse with ocean views and great cocktails.

Cayo Caribe – casual, fresh seafood and relaxed island vibes.

Café Regina – perfect for breakfast or a slow coffee with a view.

What we love most is the balance — Condado offers sophistication and energy, yet the beach is always within sight, and the pace always feels easy. It’s a neighborhood made for those who want to experience the best of San Juan in style, without ever losing that island warmth.

What makes this property unique

One of the main attractions of Condado is its beautiful beaches, which offer soft white sand, crystal-clear waters, and spectacular ocean and lagoon views. These beaches are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, and a variety of other water sports like kayaking, making them a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike.

Condado is also home to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico, offering world-class amenities such as luxurious spas, fine dining restaurants, and stunning rooftop bars with panoramic views of the ocean and city skyline. These hotels are perfect for a romantic getaway or a luxurious family vacation.

The dining scene in Condado is another highlight, with a wide range of culinary options that cater to all tastes and preferences. From traditional Puerto Rican cuisine to international flavors and fusion dishes, you can find it all here. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with friends, the restaurants in Condado will not disappoint.

At night, Condado comes alive with a lively and diverse nightlife scene. From trendy rooftop bars and nightclubs to intimate lounges and jazz bars, there's something for everyone here. Whether you want to dance the night away or relax with a cocktail and live music, you can find it all in Condado.

Overall, Condado offers a unique and unforgettable experience that combines luxury, culture, and natural beauty. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll find it all here in this vibrant and charming neighborhood.
