The place was clean and well equipped and an easy walk from the convention center. A great place for anyone who is attending a conference there. Bathrooms were well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

The host was responsive and communication throughout our stay was good. The price was fair for the accommodations, and the unit appeared clean when we arrived.There are several areas that would benefit from attention. Some of the furniture is beginning to show wear, and the walls and baseboards need refreshing. In one bedroom, the lamp cord did not reach the outlet, so the lamp was unusable in its current location. I also had to move the nightstand to access an outlet for my phone charger and sound machine.There was an odd smell in the unit that was noticeable during our stay. The lobby also feels dated and would benefit from an update. The listing photos should be refreshed to more accurately reflect the current condition of the property and common areas.Overall, communication with the host was good and the price was reasonable. With some maintenance, updated furnishings, and attention to the details noted above, the property would provide a better guest experience.

This apartment was fine. Had all we needed for a short stay. Weird but didn’t have any small lamps I. The living rim so you either had to turn on the bright overhead or be in the dark. Just a picky thing I guess.
