Perfect location for a family celebration!

Our extended family rented two of the units next door to each other to celebrate a college graduation & this was the perfect location! Comfortable, clean, nice outdoor space, quiet street, convenient area!

This was a great stay. The house is small and full of character to make it feel big and spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor accommodations as well. The host communicated well before and during the visit. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Lovely family vacation

My partner, his kid, and myself stayed here to visit with my grandmother who lives just a few blocks away. It was super convenient! The place is lovely and quaint. I enjoyed all of the kitchen amenities. While we were out during the day, returning to a relaxing cool evening to unwind and watch movies was perfect.

1st time Memphis Trip

We absolutely LOVED the little place we stayed. You can tell that a lot of love and thought has gone into that little place. There was this nice little pergola in back where I was able to read while the kiddos played freeze tag. It's located right across the street from the train track but luckily not near a crossing so we were spared the train horn at ungodly hours. The kids loved picking out rocks by the tracks and watching the train when it went by. Can not wait to book our next visit and stay in the same spot! We highly recommend! Word of advice, make reservations where you go!

Cute little place with some issues.

The place is cute. Everything was clean and did have shampoo and soaps, but some things were broken and had to be fixed. The dryer wasnt connected to the hose. The couch arm was broken , but everything still worked. The microwave front had a broken peice, but the host was very nice and confirmed everything was broken already but didnt know about the dryer. The host communicated promptly and even gave us a late check out for all the craziness! Altogether was a great stay and will be using it again in the future when we come back!
