As you enter this airy home away from home, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and gorgeous wooden accents throughout. The inviting living room will be perfect for spreading out comfortably with your loved ones and streaming favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV with streaming and cable services. Streaming is available using your own accounts.The information for signing up for courts is located in the closet in the foyer as well as two tennis rackets that you may use.IF the owner provides a South Bethany Beach parking pass, a $200 fee will be charged for any lost or stolen parking pass. Parking pass is not guaranteed as an amenityDelaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
