Kitchen has stainless steel appliances (gas stove), convection oven, convection microwave, garbage disposal, stainless refrigerator with ice and water on door. Master bedroom 13 x 19 has full private bath, single vanity, large standup shower (no tub) and 52" smart TV and walk in closet. Second bedroom has has private bath with stand up shower (no tub), single vanity with sit down makeup counter. Third bedroom across from full bath has tub/shower combination and single vanity. Glass sunroom has dining area and sitting area with large screen TV. Sunroom opens to backyard with pool and pool house. Pool house has bar area with small refrigerator, sink and two bar stools. Also deck area with table and chairs for 6 people. Pool area has chaise lounge and wrought iron chair with 2 concrete benches. Extra outdoor folding chairs available. Crib and high chair available upon request. Also child protective railing for queen size bed.

This is a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping, downtown and I-20.
Location approximately 2 miles from Exit 1 on I-20.
What makes this property unique
Backyard is beautifully landscaped with flowers and palm trees with a large deck area. Pool house has bar, sink and frig with half bath. Deck area has outdoor seating for 8 and small gas fire pit. Three steps down to a Pool surrounded by flagstone wall.
