Our family had a fantastic time at this property. It is a beautiful home with tons of space for everyone. The hot tub and sauna were a favorite activity. The trail access in the backyard was a very nice touch. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, amazing view, comfortable beds, lovely area with plenty to do. Amazing access to a beautiful forest walk and short driving distance or bit of a walk to the beach. Great place for a family reunion!

If you have young children, this is the place. It is very much toddler and young person friendly. Has a bunch of things to keep the little ones entertained and you don’t have to bring things such as high chairs, playpens, baby Gates are already there. All the outlets are covered. Spices and flour, packed less and worried less on this property.

We were delighted with this lovely beach house for our family Easter weekend. From the hot tub, to the sauna, so the easy access to the trail behind the house, there was so much to enjoy. The house was clean and well stocked with towels. The game room in the garage was a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed gathering in the cozy family room. We will definitely book it again for our next family get together.

Cleanest, nicest property we have rented in Lincoln City, San Diego, or Phoenix. Had all the equipment (kitchen and otherwise) necessary for a very comfortable stay. Samantha (host) was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Will likely stay at this property again when our whole family spends most of a week at the Oregon Coast.

Perfect stay for our wedding weekend

We had an incredible stay! The space was amazing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. There were plenty of bathrooms, which made things so easy for our group, and the location was perfect: a beautiful area and just a short walk to the beach. The host was also fantastic, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly before booking, which meant a lot since we were there for our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home with lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the espresso machine! This was our annual family trip with all the kids and grandkids. Everything was clean with plenty of towels for all. The games in the basement provided some great entertainment for the kids and adults, and the fire pit in the back yard was great for nighttime gatherings. This home was perfect for our big family trip.

Plenty of beds and spaces for the family!

Gorgeous decor in this modern new home to enjoy! I needed a house with a bedroom and a tv for everyone in my family! My elderly mother, my husband and one for my teens that is all separated and this had it! My mother was on the main floor my husband snores so he’s in one of the bedrooms in middle and teens could takeover the top floor with tv room! Everyone loved the hot tub, sauna and wooded area to walk with our little dog on the trails in the back! Also gorgeous sunset views from very top floor! Kitchen is white and new! Everyone had their own bathroom too! Close to the outlet mall and beach! Loved it!

Views from on high

Great place for a generational family gathering. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and utensils. Lots of extras spread throughout the house making it feel cozy and like home. Neighborhood roads are narrow and without sidewalks so people need to be extra aware when walking to the beach and driving. Driveway is narrow and parking can be tricky. We had to park the Ram 1500 in front of the garage area and pulled as far back as possible. The two car garage section takes multiple point turns to get in and out due to the proximity of the neighboring house. Close proximity to the Lincoln City hot spots for exploring. Being up on the hill provides good to great views of the ocean and sunsets.

Really great stay

We loved the location, the customer service, the size of the house, the things to do, and the views. Parking was tight for us, but I think that situation is changing. Overall we hope to be back!
