Good size house, plenty of room.Nice large kitchen and family room. Outside deck nice to sit and view the lake. 2 bed rooms on the entry level floor with a bath room is nice. Super size master bed room and bath area, private and quiet.

Unbelievable Property

This home is a one-in-a-million Lake retreat with so much to offer. I will go back again and again! The host, Kam, is absolutely wonderful - responsive and caring. it’s the perfect place to unwind and get away. the views are spectacular and every inch of the house has a way of bringing everyone happiness. I just can’t say enough!

Summer Lake trip

This house is perfect 10/10 The house is perfect for a family or 2. The first level has 2 rooms and a bathroom and a great room with couches, tv and pool table and a patio with amazing views. They have an air mattress that is perfect for an extra bed. The second floor has the kitchen, living room and master with a dining room. The patio is so darling and the VIEWS are spectacular.. better then the pictures. You feel like you are on the water without being on the water. Some tips you can not park your boat at the house. The road is steep. So before you check into the house you go up the street about 100 feet & they have a boat garage. You park your boat. Then go up to the house, check in get the keys to the boat garage and then go back down and park your boat inside. We have a 16 ft nautique and it fit in the garage perfectly. For a boat launch marinas sugarloaf is right below the house and about a 2 minute drive they charge $55 to launch. Another public launch ramp is Antalope and it’s $15 but a 10 minute drive from the house. For food my tips are pack all your groceries and plan on eating at the house. There are 2 places to eat both were gross. The grocery store is very limited. For the house the kitchen is well stocked they have all the gadgets so it makes it nice, but bring your own spices and paper plates. Also bring your own bathroom shower stuff. Overall this house is amazing and we are so happy we booked. The owners wonderful and great to communicate with.
