Enjoy this well presented home with private south facing solar heated pool. This villa has tiled floors
throughout, a large kitchen, diner with all mod cons, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice maker,
microwave, coffee maker, blender. Large washing machine & tumble drier.
The two Queen bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large walk in closets.
The two twin rooms share an adjoining bathroom. Large flat screen tvs in the main area & both Queen
rooms and radio clock alarms in bedrooms. All bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers with night lights.
Enjoy the private pool area and lanai with external table chairs and loungers. The pool area is screened
and the lower half has courtesy panels. Enjoy day or night.
Enjoy easy access to theme parks including the Legoland on highway 27, Universal (Harry Potter world)
and Disney Theme Parks. Excellent shopping parades nearby, Posner Park, Ambersweet way, Four
Corners. The large malls, prime and premium outlets 15 minutes away all the bargains you can carry.
Boggy creek airboat rides, Fantasy of Flight, Gatorland all waiting for you to give them a try. Drive
through coffee (Dutch Bros & Starbucks) & ice cream (Twistie treats) kiosks as you drive out of the
estate. Enjoy the nightlife at Disney Springs, City Walk or I Drive, or use the nearby restaurants at four
corners or champions gate, eat in or collect. We are confident you’ll have everything you could need for a
wonderful relaxing holiday.

Host was pleasant and accommodating. Location was great, near many attractions and shopping areas. Pool was nice and refreshing. However, the instructions to the home about the recycling were not accurate. There is no longer any recycling pick up on Friday, per the Polk County Website. We put it out but they never came, so I looked it up. Thank you for a great place to stay while we were on vacation!

Very happy with home.

We were very happy with the home. We were not able to get any local TV channels. If you did not have any streaming services there was very little TV to watch. Over all the neighborhood was very nice and a safe place to walk. All the shopping we needed was very close.

Comfortable no frills house with great property manager.

The house itself served our family needs. Comfortable house with all the basic necessities. Budget friendly rental price. Understand that this is not the house if you are looking for something upscale. The property manager - Celine made the stay a 5 out of 5. Incredible communications that made the check in flawless. Responsive to all questions via email, text, or phone. Thank you.

A Magical Stay

My family and I stayed at this location for my granddaughter’s first Disney Magic Kingdom visit. The check-in process was very seamless. Celine was very thorough with follow ups. Initially the request for my credit card number and other personal information was alarming, however, Celine allayed my concerns by explaining that they operate differently than other VRBO‘s-this is to hold the credit card for any incidental damages. She promptly removed the hold 24 hours after our stay, as we left the house in great order. The home was very nice and comfortable; my granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely. I like that there were wall-mounted TVs in the larger bedrooms.The only room for improvement that I noted was the small things like having : paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, additional bathroom, tissue, more bathroom carpets for the floor, and maybe your average spices like salt and pepper. We had to go purchase those items ourselves. So the next visitor will have what we were able to leave over as a courtesy. Also post reserving the house, the rules and regulations that we received the day before our arrival made us nervous about leaving even vegetable oil that we purchased, but we did leave it and discarded other kitchen items that would’ve been useful for others.But overall, our stay was very lovely. And we appreciated the next-door neighbor taking the garbage bins out to the curb for us.- very nice neighbor.
