Disney themed house with heated private pool. 15 minutes from Disney

You first reported everything was great on the second day, once the HOA towed your vehicle for parking on the grass which we informed you was against the community rules and In the check in instructions you began fabricating false narratives about us. We indicated violation of the parking rules can result in your vehicle being towed. In the house we have a note indicating the same policy. We tried to dispute it with the hoa on your behalf and they denied our refund request and provided a clear image of your vehicle tires on the grass. We did reimburse you a $100 for a nights stay for the inconvenience which we didnt have to do. In the ammenities description it states the pool heating policy which you failed to read nor did you mention anything about wanting to heat the pool (which we would’ve gladly accomodated)until you got towed and was upset. We tried to be as accomodating as possible which you acknowledged. I understand your frustration and we did everything to appease you but you were understandably upset however it’s a bit unfair to do a negative review without telling the full story and accept accountability for your role in violating the community parking policy that we shared with you.
