The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

Everything about the place was amazing!! Awesome view…decorated beautifully…all needed amenities…stocked well with towels and beach gear and the pool was our favorite spot for the week!!! We would definitely rent again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Our family of five had plenty of room, and the accommodations were even better in person. The view is unmatched, and having a pool onsite was a great perk. The location was walking distance to all of the main attractions, and of course, the beach. The trolley also conveniently picks up very close to the house as well. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Kimberly was an excellent host.

This condo is amazing! It’s clean, updated, has everything you need (kitchen supplies, TVs in every room, in unit laundry), and has great views overlooking the inter-coastal waterway. The pool also overlooks the water as well and the dock is a great place to hang out and watch the boats go by, the birds catch fish, and we even saw dolphins swim by. The location is close enough to the main strip to walk everywhere, but far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion of it. Beach entry is close (and is north of the pier, which means less crowded). Pool/beach supplies were also provided in the condo. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
