Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach. Laundry room available for bookings 4 nights or more. Enjoy the outdoor shower, open rinse off shower on side of house, screened in porch, sitting front porch, private fenced in yard, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, backyard private deck, indoor/outdoor games and more. We want all of our guest to feel at home. Ride bikes or walk to beach over the 20Th St canal bridge or drive to the 1st or 40th St bridge to gain access to all beach parking.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is peaceful and we have great neighbors. We are a stones throw away from Yacht Dr and the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy a nice walk or bike ride and see the beautiful St James Community across the way. We are centrally located meaning we are close to all the restaurants, shopping and other conveniences of the island.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor shower is amazing. It is a guest favorite. The screened in porch is a nice place to have morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. The deck has a long picnic table and bench if you choose to eat out and close to the gas grill. We have a fenced in backyard and access to cornhole boards and other outdoor games. It is a one bathroom however we have a makeup vanity with mirror in the bedroom to minimize use of bathroom after shower so others can take a shower. The outdoor shower also has a mirror, shelf, bench and separate dressing area. We have central air and heat with ceiling fans in each room. We have smart tvs in living and both bedrooms with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. There is a rinse outdoor shower to left of the house to rinse off after a day at the beach. Clothes line in backyard to hang up towels and bathing suits. Kitchen is fully equipped. I dont think there is anything we dont have. Linens and bath towels are provided. Keurig and coffee maker is available. We do allow use of laundry room for guest staying 4 nights or more. We have indoor games and cards available to all guest.
