The Dylan is a stylish place close to must-see destinations. Walk 2 blocks to downtown, Flagler College and all the sites to see.



We offer a charming bed/bath in a boutique hotel. We have 6 individual suites. All come with the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. We offer a stocked minibar with water, soda & vitamin water, red & white wine, beer, hard seltzers and snacks for a fee.



Plush King bed with 50” tv with complementary Netflix. Glass rain shower with shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked Coffee/tea and Eat in bar with minibar with snacks and beverages available for purchase.

Cozy spot within walking distance to downtown!

I really enjoyed this place. The room is small but absolutely perfect for my trip. The bed was big and comfy, check in was a breeze, and my fav part was the location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I definitely recommend this place for either a solo traveler or a couple who want to enjoy St Augustine without being exactly in the middle of the chaos. The hosts were so kind & helpful, and I would certainly stay again!

Great little spot!

Great 3 day vacation- VRBO just as described , close to downtown but far enough so that it’s quiet ! No little grocer stores near by so keep that in mind. Great communication with the owners, very nice and responded quickly to our questions.. would stay here again- thank you!

Cozy, great value, clean!

Lovely single room in a split level house/boutique inn. Cozy sheets, minifridge, microwave, everything was clean and well stocked. Location is also incredible for the value, you can walk directly to the main downtown drag in 5 minutes! We don’t use many amenities or take up lots if room time when we travel so this was perfect for us.
