Nice place on the water

Nice place in a good quiet neighborhood. Convenient location with beautiful water views. If you’re bringing a boat, it gets very shallow in this area, so take it slow and ask around to figure out the best route to access the deeper water

Communication was awesome, execution not so much. AC was inoperable, but we did not need it the 1st week because of cool weather. We did not realize it was frozen until Wednesday of our departure week. We were told the repair tech would be out Weds then again on Thursday, but no one showed. It was fine because of the late notice in relation to our departure date. They did deliver an additional box fan which helped. The right side of the kitchen sink was leaking. We were able to work around that with a large pot. Maintenance was there Weds/Thurs of our 2nd week. It was not repaired before we checked out. Outside of these 2 issues, we enjoyed the house and the location! It is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood.
