Step into our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. The primary bedroom beckons with a comfortable queen bed, a TV for unwinding, and ample closet space.

The second bedroom multitasks as an office space or an additional bedroom, complete with its own closet and an attached bathroom for added convenience. The living room sofa is a versatile 10” memory foam mattress, offering a cozy spot akin to a queen bed for extra guests.

Our residence is situated in the back unit, sharing the space with our two pups. Your property is accessed through a separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy as no areas are shared between the two units.

For added privacy, we've secured the door between the kitchen and laundry room, maintaining distinct and exclusive spaces for each unit. Our laundry room and backyard space, which connects the properties, is reserved for our use to ensure a private experience for both parties.

No parties allowed. No gatherings on the premises beyond the registered guests occupying the unit. Please honor this policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Non-compliance may result in a request to vacate the premises. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
