Renovated House 2007, has two apartments in it. The bottom floor apartment is available for short term rental. It has heart of pine floors throughout refinished and very clean. Two bedrooms with King and queen sized beds; and a full pull out sofa bed in main room. Nice Lakeview furnished Kitchen with seating for 6. TV room with 42 inch flatscreen and sofas. Washer and Dryer, Shower/Tub, Keurig Machine, Back deck with Grill and seating. Beautiful Back Yard that looks out over lake. *******Sorry no dogs, sorry no dogs.******* Please use the map feature for location questions. HIgh Speed Internet. ALL Linens Provided, Backyard is exclusively for the 1st floor homeaway. The backyard has a steep hill going down; not a cliff but it may not be awesome for toddlers. Family summer stay

The view from the deck was stunning and the proximity and walk to town really great, but the apartment itself was fairly basic. The TV froze on our first night and wouldn't turn off for the rest of our stay. There is no real sound insulation so it sounds like the people from the apartment are pretty much in these room at night.

Lakeview Terrace stay

This was a lovely place to stay for our family visit to Burlington. The house is wonderfully located right off the bike path and close to downtown. It was exactly as stated in the description; clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and cozy. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous views of the lake.
