This is a great location. Easy access to property beach which was beautiful and very pet friendly. The owner provided all information needed to access and was easy to contact for questions. I would recommend to friends looking for a lake getaway.

Great place on the lake!

House is right on the lake and close to restaurants. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kristi is a great host - responds quickly and gave some great recommendations for things to do. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home when visiting Lake Havasu!

My wife and I, our son and his gf had the perfect weekend. Location and views were very good and worth the trip in itself. Waterfront !!Host Kristi was excellant communicating and welcoming We will return in future

We'll definitely try to rent this place again, it may be the best option in Sam's Beachcomber. Two beds and two baths is a rarity in this locale and the price was less than some of the other 2 bed units we've rented. Waterfront too with a big useable patio and steps directly to the sand beach and cove. The A/C kept us cool and comfortable with no issues. The kitchen, baths, and closets were all well stocked. I don't have a single complaint. It really is a 5 star rental.

We loved it. The space is a little small but plenty for what we needed. The location was amazing! We didn’t have to trek to the lake with all of our stuff. We just grabbed towels and headed down. We will for sure stay there again!
