Enjoy your quiet family get-away in a lovely, newer construction beautifully decorated cape with central air. Just a couple-minute bike ride/walk from Pleasant st beach and nearby to Ridgevale and Red River beaches, all safe with warm water, waves, great shelling and wonderful tidal pools. This fabulous family vacation home includes a finished basement with a ping pong table, stereo and game table with chairs for the kids to escape to after a day at the beach or on one of those rare, rainy Cape summer days. Your back yard will be the Red River conservation area. Enjoy the morning visits of Mrs. Fox, along with constant sightings of, rabbits, squirrels, turkeys and chipmunks. Includes the 'Best outdoor shower in Chatham' with dual shower heads. Just a short drive to the most wonderful downtown on Cape Cod - Chatham, well-known as the best shopping and restaurants on the Cape or equally as lovely Harwich Port with many fabulous restaurants. It is also a very short drive to some wonderful fresh water lakes nearby. Downtown Chatham features their wonderful, family friendly Friday Night Band Concerts - a kids favorite. Enjoy the best-priced baseball anywhere when you watch the Chatham Anglers of the famous Cape Cod Baseball League. Finally the bike path is close to the top of the street and you can either ride to downtown Chatham or head in the other direction towards Dennis. Truly the best and most reasonably priced vacation you can find in the Northeast.

Cindy is quite proud to be from Trumbull CT. She is a loyal Holy Cross grad. Gerry grew up in Andover MA and graduated from Annapolis then served 11 years flying fighters and reconnaissance in the Marine Corps before they met in grad school. Madeline is 9 and a tremendous little athlete - with soccer, lacrosse, ice hockey, swimming and dance, she keeps her parents in shape too!. Evelyn is five and maybe the happiest little girl on the planet! She also plays soccer, gymnastics and ice hockey.
Why they chose this property
We have had some fantastic vacations but the Cape is where we escape to most for our family get-aways. We truly discovered Chatham a few years ago when we stumbled onto Ridgevale Beach, maybe the best kids beach anywhere. After a few more summers here on the fabulous Chatham beaches and very close to the waves and dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore, we decided this was the place for our vacation home.
What makes this property unique
What makes our house unique is the closeness of the beach and the quiet of the neighborhood. There is not a safer road for the kids to ride their bikes on, nor a better location for quiet and for spotting local wildlife. We provide mountatin bikes for the parents to join their kids on the bike trail or riding to the beach. Plenty of beach gear, a great deck with a charcoal grille to cook up the fish you caught yourself or bought at the Chatham Fish pier or Chatham Fish and Lobster.
