Step inside a single-level tastefully decorated paradise, where the open-concept layout offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
This 2000 square feet house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a fenced backyard with two outdoor areas, and a sparking heated pool with a hot tub.

When it's time to call it a night, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage space. Three bathrooms ensure there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning, with one even featuring a luxurious soaking tub – perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures.
At this property we care about your comfort and want to make sure that our guests have a good sleep, hence all the linens are Egyptian cotton. 3 bedrooms out of 4 have a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Every bedroom has a closet with hangers, where you can fold/hang your clothes to prevent them from wrinkling, there is also an ironing board and an iron.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic things for cooking (spices, oil, etc), including pots, pans, coffee, tea, a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ set for the grill outside. Everything you may need in order to make a delicious meal or light breakfast will be there.

Living Room/Dining Room

The living room offers a comfortable couch, a huge smart TV, and a PlayStation 4 with games included. The dining room set can comfortably accommodate 6 people and there is additional seating at the kitchen island.

Outdoor/Pool Area

After dinner, head outside to the screened-in patio and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. With plenty of lounge chairs and a covered seating area, it's the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a cocktail under the stars. You can enjoy a movie or listen to your favorite tunes while being in the pool. Outside of the pool cage, you can enjoy an amazing BBQ grill along with a stylish gazebo that will provide lots of shade on a hot day.
